1. This confidential tariff is valid immediately until further notice.
2. Rates quoted herein are confidential and intended for use of Travel Agent only. All rates are quoted in US Dollar and are Nett. Bali VIP Tours and Travel reserves the right to alter these rates without prior notice, if unforeseen circumstances should necessitate such action. However, every effort will be made to give notice of any such alteration.
3. Immediately after reservation request are received, bookings will be made and Confirmation with Nett quotations in US Dollar sent.
4. Unless previous arrangement has been made, in US Dollar should be received by Bali VIP Tours and Travel, at least 2 weeks prior the client arrival.

   FAILURE to comply with prepayment conditions may result in the CANCELLATION.
5. While it is not Bali VIP Tours and Travel, Travel policy to lavy cancellation or " NO SHOW " fees of any kind, late notice of cancellation can result in a claim from hotels and suppliers of services. In such cases, we will debit charges to the agents concerned.
6. Vouchers for services by Bali VIP Tours and Travel will be honored provided prior arrangement has been made. One copy should be sent us plus the relevant itinerary Client's top copy will be returned with invoice as proof of services provided.
7. Four tour groups, one Tour Manager is entitled to complimentary tours and accommodation (½ TWB), per 15 full paying rooms.
8. Rooming list and one night deposit are required by hotels for group booking, plus progress reports three month & two month before arrival date. Failure to comply with these condition results in hotels canceling rooms held, without notice.
9. All services conducted by experienced English speaking guides. Guide specializing in other languages are available on request, subject to
   availability.
10. Airport Taxes and Airfare Not Included in costing.
    
11. The very best in personalized service is given to all passengers. Reliable and comfortable vehicles. Friendly meeting and seeing - off service. Groups and VIP's are greeted with flower. Reconfirmation of onward flights handled by us.
12. All vehicles are air conditioned.
13. Hotel rates included in this tariff are special rates arranged by Bali VIP Tours and Travel with the hotel concerned. Please note varying validity.
14. Cancellation Conditions.
    - 30 days before departure : Full Refund
    - 10 days before departure : 50 % Cancellation fee
    - 5 days before departure : 70 % Cancellation fee
    - Within 5 days departure : No Refund
15. Bali VIP Tours and Travel act only in the capacity of agent for transportation companies, vehicles owners, hotels and all other contractors involved, and shall not held liable or responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injure, delay or irregularly whatsoever arising from the use of any accommodation, transport or other service, from labour strikes, illness, weather, fire, natural disasters, or any others forces beyond our control.
    

Bali VIP Tours and Travel also reserves the right to modify or withdraw tour arrangements without notice if considered necessary and in the best interest of the passengers.
